1. About these terms and who you are contracting with
QualsNet is a training marketplace operated by Pool Smart Ltd. References in these terms to "QualsNet", "we", "us" and "our" mean Pool Smart Ltd operating the QualsNet platform. These terms govern your use of QualsNet during the closed beta, and by applying for an account you agree to them.
2. Membership and approval
Accounts are granted at our discretion following manual review. We may decline, pause or withdraw membership where information is inaccurate, evidence cannot be verified, or conduct falls below the standard expected of the network.
3. Verification
Verification statuses reflect the checks carried out on the evidence available at a point in time. We do not guarantee the authenticity of any document, the suitability of any trainer, the quality or delivery of any course, or approval by any awarding body, and we do not verify credentials with every awarding organisation. Businesses remain responsible for their own due diligence and statutory duties.
4. Bookings and payment
QualsNet facilitates introductions, quoting and record-keeping. The contract for delivery is between the business and the training professional, and QualsNet is not a party to it. We do not guarantee that work will be delivered or that payment will be made. Platform fees, where charged, are shown on the quote and invoice before acceptance.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set by each professional and shown before award. Fees and refunds are calculated from the terms captured on the booking at the time it was accepted.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent qualifications, share account credentials, scrape the directory, or contact members for purposes unrelated to training. Messaging is monitored for abuse reports.
7. Beta status
Features may change, and data created during the beta may be migrated or reset where we give notice. We aim to preserve verification records and booking history.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
