1. Apply to join
Trainers and businesses apply for the closed beta. Every application is reviewed manually by our team, usually within 48 hours.
2. Get verified
Upload qualifications, insurance and DBS evidence. Our admin team reviews each document and records how the credential was checked.
3. Match
Businesses post opportunities with role, qualification and location requirements. Our matching engine scores every professional out of 100 and explains why.
4. Quote & award
Trainers submit itemised quotes covering fees, travel, mileage, accommodation and VAT. Businesses compare, counter-offer and award.
5. Deliver
Bookings move through acceptance, delivery and completion evidence with change requests, cancellation terms and a full audit trail.
6. Get paid
Invoices are generated from the frozen quote snapshot, with platform fees, VAT and payment reminders handled for you.
