Who operates QualsNet
QualsNet is a training marketplace operated by Pool Smart Ltd. Pool Smart Ltd is the organisation responsible for operating the service and for the personal data processed through it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), professional information (qualifications, roles, sectors, availability, pricing), verification evidence (certificates, insurance, DBS), and platform activity such as applications, quotes, bookings, messages and invoices.
Why we collect it
To operate the network: verifying credentials, matching professionals to opportunities, enabling quoting and booking, producing invoices, and preventing misuse. Our lawful bases are contract performance and legitimate interests, with consent for marketing.
Verification documents
Documents are stored in private encrypted storage. Only you and our verification team can access them. They are never shown publicly — businesses see the verification outcome, not the underlying file.
Sharing
Approved profile information is visible to other approved members. We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the platform. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Verification and booking records are retained while your account is active and for six years afterwards to meet audit and tax obligations. Documents that expire are retained as evidence of the check performed.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw marketing consent at any time from Settings or by contacting us.
